Refund policy
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once VEDIKA Homes approves and initiates your refund, the amount will be credited to your account within the following timelines:
- NEFT Refund: 1–3 business days after the refund is initiated.
- Online Refund: 7–10 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank or payment partner.
Please note that the refund is initiated only after:
- The return request is successfully processed.
- The product is picked up and delivered to VEDIKA Homes.
- The returned product passes our quality check.
Therefore, the total time required to receive your refund may vary depending on how long the courier partner takes to deliver the returned product to our warehouse.
If there is any discrepancy with your refund, VEDIKA Homes may ask you to provide a screenshot of your bank statement so that we can investigate the issue.
Return Policy
VEDIKA Homes offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
We request that the product:
- Has not been used.
- Is in its original condition.
- Has all original tags and labels attached.
- Is returned in its original packaging.
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product.
