At VEDIKA Homes, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse.
Orders purchased during a sale can also be cancelled, subject to the same conditions.

When Can I Cancel My Order?
- You can cancel your order before it is packed or shipped.
- Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may receive it and request a return according to our Return Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you have already paid for your order and the cancellation is accepted, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used to make the payment.
The refund will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you placed your order using Cash on Delivery, there is no refund because no payment has been made at the time of placing the order.
